Join us from the comfort of your own home as we introduce special guests and topics that are sure to be of interest! Elizabeth will help you feel relaxed, and supported in this interactive group that meets weekly to discuss issues pertaining to healing, wellness, mental health, and more!

EmpowerSurvivors nonprofit is looking for volunteer guests that are willing to share their expertise with survivors of childhood sexual abuse in out conversations with Elizabeth zoom program! This program is a weekly program that educates, inform and has comfortable conversations on uncomfortable topics.
Topics include mental health, trauma, managing anger reactions, PTSD, treatment options, holistic health, recovery, etc.
